November saw my first alcoholic drink in 6 weeks, my birthday, a thanks giving meal and a leaving party at work... so it's not surprising i put on weight overall!
December sees us play three shows around the UK, so lots of travel. Plus Xmas. And New Years. So it's gonna be tough to keep progress. But we are recording 20 or so songs (you'll hear them if you join the Hoofa Hub) - so that focus should keep me from snacking too much.
However, November also saw: - starting pilates - cutting 3 minutes off my cycling time - generally stronger right knee (still recovering from an injury!)
All in all, i think the month was a reminder that yes, i'm trying to lose weight but also, it's worth living life a little bit at times!
